We cannot give you a definitive answer to this without knowing your specific vehicle and load bars. The Summit is design to be universal and mountable to most types of racks and load bars. The main requirements of your vehicle is the weight limitation, with the Summit weighing in at 83kgs. If you are unsure if the Summit will fit your vehicle, reach out to us and we will help you out.
Yes, the tent comes with all accessories and hardware that you need to mount it except the bars to put it on. Simply mount it to your roof rack or load bars and secure it with the provided tools and hardware.
Yes, you can add your own lock to the tents, or choose to have it equipped with a built in locking cylinder. Simply let us know in the notes of your order. We do not charge extra for the locking cylinder.
We do not recommend that you put over 40kgs on the load bars of the tent. The reinforced gas struts are capable of holding alot of weight, but it mainly comes down to the weight limitations of the roof of your vehicle.
The tent comes fully equipped with all the accessories, ranging from 360 led lights, condensation pad, load bars to heater inlet, shoe bag and more. All mounting brackets and tools are included in the package. (Vehicle load bars purchased separately)
You can, but it all comes down to your type of bedding. We recommend that you try before setting out on your travels. You should be able to close the tent without to much strain
