The Overhead Shelf for Sprinter (2006 - 2018) / Crafter (2006 - 2017) fits right above the two original Mercedes Benz / Volkswagen Crafter storage compartments above the driver and passenger seats.

It adds a lot more storage to your van and does not add too much weight (6,55 kg). The lightweight aluminium Overhead Shelf has a durable black powder coat finish which makes it moisture-resistant and unaffected by humidity and different temperatures like wood. Furthermore, the fold in the design increases the strength of the shelf.

Sequoia Overhead Shelf installation requirements

The Overhead Shelf bolts on the original Sprinter (2006 - 2018) / Crafter (2006 - 2017) bolting positions behind the coat hooks and front grab handles. Drilling is not required for the installation of the Overhead Shelf. It is easiest to install the overhead shelf with two people. There are multiple directions in which you can put the Overhead Shelf in its positions. This is possible from the driver’s side door, passenger side door, or from the rear of the van. With most interiors you add the overhead shelf during or after your van is built but early installation during your build is the easiest. Note: You need the grab handles installed in most sprinters to mount the overhead shelf  brackets

The Overhead Shelf will fit great with the SOLO Interior line and together create a great basis for a full aluminum interior in your Mercedes Benz Sprinter (2006-2018) / Volkswagen Crafter (2006-2017) campervan.
